The group originated in Taiwan and established Shanghai Yomax Co., Ltd. in 2003, specializing in high-quality wooden products. Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation in the international market with its diverse product offerings, including fences, wall panels, and outdoor decking.

In 2017, the group expanded internationally, taking a significant step towards globalization by founding NOWHERE Co., Ltd. in Japan. Operating under the name 株式会社 NOWHERE, the company introduced the group’s premium wooden products to the Japanese and global markets. Upholding principles of precision, reliability, and sustainable development, NOWHERE Japan embodies the group’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Today, the group operates as a unified entity, encompassing multiple subsidiaries such as NOWHERE Co., Ltd., HOO MING TRADING Co., Ltd., Backwoods Marine Co., Ltd., and Wildwood Co., Ltd. With a focus on high-quality products and strong customer partnerships, the group continues to lead the global wood and trade industries.
